We have brought a passionate Combat Sports presence to Centralia, Washington at Glacier Combat Arts. We strive to make our students better every single day in the pursuit of greatness! Students learn how to protect themselves in the real world, finding their strengths and weaknesses as they develop martial arts techniques. This fosters a mentality to become winners in all we do, whether that’s competing in tournaments or on the mat in class. A winning spirit carries into all our classes, including SAMBO – as one of the only places in Washington to offer SAMBO. Whichever program you want to participate in at Glacier, we’ll give you a fun experience and help you become a winner!

Our History:

Glacier Combat Arts has its roots in humble beginnings. The school started in founder Ken Dunbar’s parent’s front yard in 2008. Over the years, Glacier expanded significantly. The owner have devoted much of their lives to fighting on the mat. Ken began training in martial arts in 1995 and served in the Marines from 2002 to 2007, focusing on combat sports upon founding Glacier in 2008. His passion for teaching and the lessons learned from his life experiences drive him daily as he helps individuals pursue their fighting goals and personal growth.
