Do You Have Questions?
We Have Answers!
Simple! Show up before class and we will get you in our system.
For your first couple of lessons, just work out attire you are comfortable in. After, we can discuss what you need for the classes you decide to take.
We start as young as 4, however every 4 year old is different. Some are not ready for class yet. We will work with guardians to determine if now is the right time or not.
NO! While you have to ‘spar’ occasionally, we do not require anyone to compete who does not want to.
We will evaluate you based on your abilities, experience, and athleticism. As a general rule, we prefer people not compete in Kickboxing or BJJ until they have been with us at least 6 months, and MMA until they are a blue belt or higher.
Check our schedule here.
It is $125 a month for children, $150 a month for adults. We do have family, veteran, and first responder discounts.
Reach out to adopt a cop and ask them if they have any openings for their scholarship. If so, let us know and we will do our best to get you one of their scholarships.
HERO Discount: 20% Off!
We honor our heroes with a 20% discount for military personnel, first responders, and veterans. Thank you for your service—let us support your training journey!
